They contain FDA D&C certified colorants and are multi-purpose being a pre-mixed ready-to-use creme nail polish offered in bulk that are also used as a medium to high saturation liquid pigment used for crafting all types of nail polish. When creating a solid creme polish, use "as is" and bottle under your very own private label brand or blend various shades together for endless arrays of color (no need to add suspension base, it's already in the formula). When using as a liquid colorant to create other types of nail polishes that will be comprising dry pigments, micas, glitters etc., additional suspension base will be necessary to boost those heavier particles. PRIMARY & SPECIALTY LIQUID COLORANT. I highly recommend these ready to use primary colors. We buy black and white for mixing and just straight polish. Great for a base coat or just straight. ONE COAT POLISHES!

I've ordered and used all of the available colors and I really do like them. They really don't require much thinner to use. I always add some of the Epic Color Tints to them to get a more true to intended color and help with the opaqueness of them.
