Sample Formulations -
Products Needed To Make The Following Basic Nail Polish Finishes Below:
1. Solid Creams - Using “Ready To Use” pre-formulated Color Base Concentrates or
Primary & Specialty Colorants - (DO NOT ADD BASE)
Mix and match any colors together to make endless shades.
Examples:
Primary Red + Primary White = Pink
Primary Blue + Primary Yellow = Green
Specialty Granny Apple + Primary White = Sage
2. Solid Creams - Using Epic Color Tints and Butterlush Cream Base - (REQUIRES BASE)
Mix any colors together WITH cream base to make endless solid cream shades with high controlled opacity.
Examples:
Red #7 + Cosmetic White + Butterlush Base = Pink
Iron Blue + Yellow #5 + Cosmetic White + Butterlush Base = Green
Blood Orange + Carbon Black + Butterlush Base = Brown
3. Glitter Jellies (Transparent With Slight Tint) - Using Ready To Use Color Base Concentrates,
Primary & Specialty Colorants or Epic Color Tints and Frankie’s Plasma Glitter Suspension Base - (REQUIRES SUSPENSION BASE)
Examples:
Glitter + Frankie’s Plasma Suspension Base + 1/8 Teaspoon Primary Red = Red Glitter Jelly
Glitter + Frankie’s Plasma Suspension Base + Minimal Drop(s) Iron Blue = Blue Glitter Jelly
4. Glitter Crellies (Semi-Transparent With Moderate Tint) - Using Ready To Use Color Base Concentrates, Primary & Specialty Colorants or Epic Color Tints plus Frankie’s Plasma Glitter Suspension Base & Butterlush Cream Base - (REQUIRES SUSPENSION & CREAM BASE)
Examples:
Glitter + Frankie’s Plasma Suspension Base + Butterlush Cream Base + 1/2 - 1 Teaspoon
Primary Red = Red Glitter Crelly
Glitter + Frankie’s Plasma Suspension Base + Butterlush Cream Base + Several Drops
Iron Blue = Blue Glitter Crelly
5. Glitter Topper (Transparent With NO Tint) - Using Frankie’s Plasma Glitter Suspension Base
Example:
Glitter + Frankie’s Plasma Suspension Base = Clear Glitter Topper/Top Coat
Note:
Liquid Velvet Nail Polish Thinner is recommended to control consistency as needed.
Minimal Mica or Shimmer may be added to Examples 2 & 4 above.
