We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and major credit cards for all merchandise purchases. Receipt of payment funds must be verified prior to shipment. We will need to charge sales tax accordingly per local tax rates to California purchasers and or other shipping destinations. Upon receiving payment confirmation, each purchase shall be processed, securely packed and shipped out of our facility or contract facility within a reasonable time frame of typically 1-3 business days. Please note this does not include time in transit with the carrier. During new product launches, restocks or sales promotions processing times can run up to 10 business days. All orders shall be posted via UPS or USPS including, but not limited to tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance with delivery confirmation.
International buyers shall be fully liable and responsible for paying their own country's import tax, duties, fees, etc. as applicable. We do not know these extra fees or how your country makes such assessments. The retail values of the items purchased shall be listed true and correct on customs declaration forms in order to be adequately insured in the event the package becomes lost or damaged.
Unfortunately we are unable to combine multiple orders placed. For maximum processing & shipping efficiency as well as accuracy of tracking orders we cannot group orders together. Please be certain of your full intended purchase prior to placing an order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, US and International! Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note such exclusions on individual listings.
The shipping method and cost that we charge has been calculated based on the current shipping service provider fees indicated when purchasing an item, plus reasonable packaging costs, tracking and delivery confirmation when available as well as private insurance when deemed appropriate. Package insurance shall cover all items that are lost or damaged during transit, evidenced by tracking details and /or photo submission no later than 72 hours of confirmed delivery. Packages reported by customer as not received, however confirmed as "delivered" by USPS tracking are EXCLUDED from coverage, in which instance customer must contact the USPS directly to initiate an investigation and resolution.
Should there ever be a gross over-charge of shipping fees that have automatically been charged through the shop calculator for multiple items, we will gladly estimate the true charges, plus estimated packaging costs and credit back any shipping overages to your Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay or credit card account. In the event an order is returned to us by UPS or the USPS as "undeliverable" or "unable to forward" due to customer error in entry of the "ship to" address at checkout, we will gladly re-ship your order upon payment of additional shipping fees equal to the original shipping fees, or may cancel and refund your purchase (exclusive of original shipping).
Standard orders may be canceled at anytime prior to shipment or pre-shipment for a full refund. Pre-shipped is defined as order already packaged and or shipping label has been generated. Sorry, we do not accept cancellations or returns for custom or special requested orders.
Damaged Or Defective Item
We will gladly accept returns for damaged or defective items. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Damaged or Defective items shall be replaced at no cost providing the following: Buyer inspects the item and verifies damage by digital photo and emails a description of the damage or defect along with photo attachment within 72 hours of receiving the item as verified by the date of delivery confirmation to: email@example.com. Items received broken or damaged during transit shall require clear photos of the damage as well as an affidavit of loss completed and submitted by the customer. Refunds will not be granted for a defective product claim after the product has been used, modified or blended. Please inspect new product batches within the time period above for satisfaction prior to use.
